Property prices in Spain fell down in january

The valuator company Tinsa has reported that property prices in Spain went down in january again and are 5% cheaper than a year ago in average terms.

The adjustment in the mediterranean coast is even higher, -8,4% in the last twelve months, which means that the prices of the properties in the mediterranean coast has been reduced by 27,2% since the maximum achieved at the end of 2007.

A holiday home in the mediterranean coast is today as expensive as it was by 2004.

Camping Internacional La Marina awarded in Holland and Germany

Camping Internacional La Marina has been awarded recently in Utrecht (Holland) by ANBW Eurotopcamping, a 4 million families membership club, as the second best camping resort in Europe. The award is as a result of the opinion of hundreds of users and the evaluation of the club auditors.

Moreover, Camping La Marina has been recognised with the Superplatz 2011, a popular award given by the german car club ADAC.

Benidorm leads the camping industry in Spain

According with the information reported by the 10 camping resorts established in the town, the average staying period in the Benidorm campings during 2010 has been thirty-three days, the longest in the whole Spain.

Cartagena and Marbella follow Benidorm in terms of days taken by campers to stay in the camping resort.
