Property prices in Spain fell down in january

The valuator company Tinsa has reported that property prices in Spain went down in january again and are 5% cheaper than a year ago in average terms.

The adjustment in the mediterranean coast is even higher, -8,4% in the last twelve months, which means that the prices of the properties in the mediterranean coast has been reduced by 27,2% since the maximum achieved at the end of 2007.

A holiday home in the mediterranean coast is today as expensive as it was by 2004.

Cheaper properties in the Mediterranean Coast of Spain

Property prices go further down in september according with the report of the spanish real estate valuation company TINSA.

At the moment properties in the Mediterranean Coast of Spain are 25% cheaper than in 2007 when they arrived to maximum level.
